Position available at AmCham Sweden

We are looking for a new Assistant at AmCham Sweden. The job is available from August 2010. Interested?

 

The position as Assistant/Project coordinator at AmCham Sweden will be available from August 2nd, 2010.

We are seeking an energetic, professional, well-rounded individual, to join our office in Stockholm to assist with membership, events and administration.

Ideally, you have some business experience and a relevant education. You are proactive and self-motivated, and can juggle many responsibilities at once. You work well independently, have attention for details and is service minded. And, most important, you understand the routines of the ‘small office’ environment, where you can provide the support needed to maintain a well-functioning office.

We require that you are fluent in English and Swedish, spoken and written.

Experience of work or studies abroad is an advantage.

The job includes:
- event development, planning, and administration
- updating and maintenance of website
- editor of AmCham newsletter
- production of AmCham member directory
- basic office support functions such as updating membership information and
   invoicing
- promoting AmCham, recruiting new member companies and selling ads
- comfortable with computers, various programs, Facebook...
