Kairos Future's new survey: "Successful Leaders of the Future"

Kairos Future invited AmCham members to an interesting afternoon presentation - and the event ended up fully booked.

The speaker, Mats Lindgren, Founder and CEO of Kairos Future, described what characterizes the successful organization. In a complex world, competent and strong leaders are crucial in order to lead organizations. As expectations and demands on managers are increasing, the leadership role is becoming more difficult. Businesses are facing a great challenge to recruit, develop and keep the right managers.
