Dan Mangis is the Deputy Consul at the U.S. Embassy in Stockholm where he manages the Immigrant Visa Unit. His previous assignments include Monterrey, Mexico and Washington DC and he will be departing this summer for a year-long diplomatic assignment in Baghdad, Iraq. Prior to his diplomatic career, he worked as an attorney in Austin, Texas and as a high school instructor in San Antonio, Texas.

Frank Carrico is the Regional Senior Commercial Officer at the U.S. Embassy in Stockholm and supervises Commerce offices in Sweden and Denmark and State partner posts at U.S. Embassies in Latvia and Iceland. Frank and his Stockholm Embassy office support a region-wide Nordic-Baltic outreach and webpage for new-to-market programs for U.S. companies, with a special focus on U.S. cleantech industry. Before Sweden, Frank has been serving in countries like Iraq, Jordan, Japan and Brazil.
