New rules for Swedish expert taxes and business immigration

As from January 2012, it will be easier to obtain expert tax for high income earners that work temporarily in Sweden. We will discuss the new rules and the consequences for employees and employers. Another important change is that Ernst & Young have been certified by the Swedish Immigration Board which means applications for work and residency permits filed by Ernst & Young will be processed within seven days instead of 3-5 months.
