Art In Office - Elekta and AmCham invite to an open house
Enjoy an early evening event admiring Elekta's impressive art collection. The collection will be presented by Peter Hagdahl and Johan Scott, two of the artists exhibited.

Peter Hagdahl's background within a sculptural tradition and with spatial configurations is clear in his work with New Media. He became the first Professor of New Media Art at the Royal University College of Fine Art in Stockholm in 1999.
Johan Scott is an artist living and working in Stockholm. He is a Member of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts of Sweden and was between 1998-08 Professor at the Royal University College of Fine Arts in Stockholm.
Elekta's art collection was started by its Founder, Laurent Leksell, due to his great interest in art. The purpose of the collection is that it should give expression to the current events and happenings - this is why it is focused on contemporary Swedish art.
The aim of the collection is to contribute to the joy and well-being of Elekta employees. There are a total of more than 200 art objects in the collection.
Responsible for the collection is Lotta Särnman, M.sC. and Manager Sales & Marketing Coordination International Neuroscience, Elekta Stockholm.
