Christmas cheer and business fellowship
An unusually jolly crowd of nearly 300 members and guests gathered at the Hilton Stockholm in downtown Stockholm on December 8 for one final get-together. The purpose: to mark the end of a year that is looking more and more upbeat.

Richard Marston of MTG Academy – vice Chairman of the AmCham Board – announced that the CSR committee and Green committee will be more active than ever this coming year. 2009 coming to an end, managing director Berit Salheim at AmCham thanked the members and partners for their support and cooperation during 2009.

For many in the crowd it was an occasion to get acquainted with some of AmCham’s sponsors, who were vying to give away the prize of the year.

But there were many other winners in the crowd that evening, because AmCham brought together a great festive mix from business, government, military and research. We rubbed elbows with headhunters, designers, event managers, IT executives and consultants. And more than once we heard people say they had come across friends they hadn’t seen in years. So don’t miss the next one!
