Free trade and openness promote growth, employment and development. Increased free trade is particularly important in light of the current economic crisis and protectionist tendencies. AmCham and the French Chamber of Commerce invite to a seminar on the subject.

Seminar: Globalization - a challenge for free trade?
at Mannheimer Swartling, Norrlandsgatan 21, Stockholm
On 1 July 2009, Sweden took over the Presidency of the EU. For six months, Sweden is leading the EU's work and is responsible for moving important EU issues forward. One area where Sweden holds a very clear and strong position is free trade.
France and the United States often appear in discussions regarding protectionism and therefore we, the French Chamber of Commerce in Sweden and AmCham, have invited a panel of experts to discuss these matters.
