Golf Challenge

It will be a great day for a worthy cause - with competition on the course and a raffle for all with the potential for prizes regardless of how you play! 

There will be cups at stake for the top golfers and all of us will be raising money to benefit Linas Livsglädjefond, we hope you will join us in supporting their work. Learn more at www.linaslivsgladjefond.se about how they make dreams come true for children with a life threatening illness.

Here are some additional important updates even for those of you who
have already registered: Icelandair has stepped up to offer two round trip tickets to Iceland or any of their US destinations as one of the top prizes for our charity fundraising raffle. We now have a great list of prizes for both the golf competition and the raffle - see the website.

- Not a golfer? Have a spouse, partner or friend who wants to join us but cannot take the afternoon off? We are offering a dinner-only option for 300SEK, which will also allow those who are interested to get in on the raffle sales and drawing.
-  We are going to have great wine available throughout the evening,starting at the happy hour as tournament play ends. We will have a great deal on American wines thanks to MURAM International and Club Member Bradford Schultze.
-  There will be new American Club golf shirts available for sale. A tournament special package price will be available for those of you that want to help our sponsored charity raise money by buying raffle tickets with a shirt (raffle tickets will also be available for sale separately of course!).
- For those of you who are interested in carpooling, please use the American Club LinkedIn or Facebook groups if you are a member. If you have not already registered please do so now! The deadline is this Sunday (August 16th) ... but don't wait to the last minute! Send name, phone number and golf handicap (or mention dinner-only) to golf@amclubsweden.org 
We will be sending final details on the schedule for the day and other information early next week to registered participants.
We are looking forward to a great event this year - raising money for Linas Livsglädjedjefond and enjoying the day at the golf course - as we continue the Club's long tradition at our 49th Annual Challenge!
