David has been with the U.S. Department of Energy for 16 years and has served in the Department's energy efficiency programs for buildings, industry, and transportation. During his career at the Department of Energy, David has worked on regulatory development, R&D management, deployment activities, partnership development, business systems, and planning and analysis.
